- 1 tsp pickle relish

👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat pan or oven
- Skillet: medium heat
- OR oven: 200°C (400°F)
- Prep filling
- Mix sauerkraut, cream cheese, and mustard
- Pat dry again if needed (prevents sogginess)
- Assemble roll-ups
- Lay out corned beef slices
- Add a half slice of Swiss cheese
- Spoon a small amount of filling
- Roll tightly

Make them crispy
Skillet method (best crisp):- Sprinkle a little mozzarella in the pan
- Place roll seam-side down on top
- Cook until cheese forms a crispy crust (2–3 min per side)
